I am writing this almost 3 years after Move Central Oakland charged me 3 TIMES THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT. If you are reading this: DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. Please look at other companies. You can read several accounts of them charging way more than they estimate here. These 5 star reviews are extremely questionable in validity. Since they did this to me, I occasionally visit their reviews to make sure everyone knows what this company does.
Not happy with this place. They double charged me and wanted me to fix the issue they are having with their payment vendor. Will never ever use again. Either it gets resolved or we go to court.
THIS BUSINESS IS RUNNING AN INSURANCE SCAM!!! They damaged $10,000 worth of furniture, the insurance claim was accepted, they got the money from insurance that we paid for and then they refused to pay us. One year later, there is no customer service number. The sales line will refuse to help. We have so many more photos of damaged furniture.
