Your deposits will not be returned. We just did our move and they promised supposedly within minutes we would have our initial deposit and secondary deposit refunded. Days later and nothing. They call it a hold, but it’s not a hold, it’s an actual transaction. The money cleared and was never returned. They have ignored the follow up messages to receive our money in return. We paid them via Zelle like they stated and provided the proof. Seems like a scam to me. Find other movers unless you like to pay twice for the same move.... read more
