I was referred to Move Better by my work after fracturing my arm on biking accident. Post surgery i was left with an arm with reduced strength, mobility and flexibility. Once the referral was made the team at move better contacted me quickly and my fist session was booked within a week. I was assigned Struan to guide me through the rehabilitation process. I was referred here by my employer after experiencing a knee issue at work. Struan and Adele were both excellent, helping identify the issue and through several sessions making my knee a lot better to live with. Great to not just have treatment but advise on exercises which I am still continuing with at the gym.

Paula is very friendly and knowledgeable. Quite flexible with timing (ie arriving slightly early or late) Highly recommended

I attended Move Better Physio with pains in my shins preventing me from going out running. Adele Flynn was not only able to provide me with advice, exercises and a plan to recovery, but also explain the source of the issue to prevent this happening again in the future. Within a few weeks I was back out running. I would highly recommend using Move Better Physio.
