I was referred here by my employer after experiencing a knee issue at work. Struan and Adele were both excellent, helping identify the issue and through several sessions making my knee a lot better to live with. Great to not just have treatment but advise on exercises which I am still continuing with at the gym.
Paula is very friendly and knowledgeable. Quite flexible with timing (ie arriving slightly early or late) Highly recommended
I attended Move Better Physio with pains in my shins preventing me from going out running. Adele Flynn was not only able to provide me with advice, exercises and a plan to recovery, but also explain the source of the issue to prevent this happening again in the future. Within a few weeks I was back out running. I would highly recommend using Move Better Physio.
