What a complete joke. I was not able to start an account on line. Not able to even login to Internet banking after contacting them via phone . I finally decided that this was a BAD omen of what/the/future dealings with them would be and I pulled the plug.
Promote Scott to CEO immediately! I was tired of the service from the big 4 banks and moved my credit card and transactional banking across to Move Bank. Smooth experience along with great customer service.

I've never dealt with a better bank than Move. I have a savings account and any time I need assistance they're quick to answer your call, friendly and happy to help, and easy to deal with. Very impressed.
