Lady I spoke to on the phone yesterday wasn’t very helpful, a bit useless but the gentleman I spoke to on the phone today, was very very quick to fix my issue and super helpful and prompt, thank you!

Love move bank
Excellent service from Mariah as I finalised my purchase of a house after nine months of searching, after first getting conditional approval through Sascha and Brooke, both of whom also provided excellent service to kick the process off. Good team all round, always responsive and business-like, while being pleasant to deal with. I have now moved the bulk of my banking to Move, pardon the (sort of) pun, after having only used it as a savings bank for decades.
