I have been a member for over 25year, ever since the days of Railways Credit Union and have always been huge promoter of their service. Unfortunately I don’t recommend them anymore. Horrible bank. They messed up my first loan transfer due to a lack of experience and attention to detail. Now I’ve been chasing them up about another loan transfer for a week, and they can’t even give me a simple reply, not even one word.
Absolutely discussing services, been trying for a week to get through to speak to someone for Discharge Authority Form. everytime sat on hold for 3 hours each time. Even emailed and online. finally got an email, but it was the wrong papers were sent. let's see if you contact me when I make sure money won't be in the account for next payment, let's see if I can speak to someone then!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡

Move bank has re-branded again and has left thousands of customers in the lurch - again. Passwords are not working, Direct debits are declined and more. Why in God's name are customers bearing the brunt for Move's change management failures if we are not the drivers of the change? I think it's time for me to "Move" to a bank that actually works for its customers.
