Beware!!! Horrible experience, Hired for some packing, move, load, unload , set up. Several furniture pieces, lamp shades and collectibles, mirrors, completely destroyed or damaged as well as damage to the walls in property leaving and going to. Said bonded and insured, this company was not even a registered moving company with the state of NC at the time of move! This was my 3rd time using move and go and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences.
Ty, Lamont, and one other mover whose name I unfortunately didn't get were all amazing to us. They wrapped everything that needed wrapping, disassembled and reassembled furniture where it was supposed to be, and we're overall just incredibly kind, communicative, and respectful individuals. My partner works nights, so they made assembling the master bedroom first a priority so that she could get to sleep.
