Horrid experience. No star rating if I could. I should have not doubted the reviews. As a removalist company, to complain about having too many things?!! They were aware that it was a 2 storey to a 2 storey move with stairs. But then they needed another person. Another charge. I was okay with this as my thinking was, let's get this done and done quickly. 3 men is better than 2.
