Tana and Aleki were both great guys and did an amazing job. Worked really hard the whole time and were efficient and professional
You put an online quote and then they harrass you with endless phone calls. Avoid. Please note they said below they contacted twice, which is incorrect. They rang me three times and texted twice within 20 mins. There is being helpful and there is being harassing.
Would never use these guys again, agreed on a price and 12 hours before pick up is scheduled they tell me they made a mistake and now the price is double, we had to be out of the house the next morning and it was too late to get another removalist, the truck looked like everything was just thrown in, numerous items broken including our tv. Company has not replied as yet.
Dan, Raymond and Brandon are punctual polite and extremely hard working! Fast and very careful with packing, wrapping furniture and items. Highly recommended!
A huge thankyou to Ovalan and Mark who worked non-stop for 7 hours moving us from one side of Brisbane to the other! They handled our furniture and boxes with care and packed the truck expertly. Their cheerfulness went a very long way in making the move a happy one. We would highly recommend using this removal company. Fantastic communication from beginning to end. Very competitive prices and absolute professionalism… do yourselves a favour when you move, use this company!
