Esmira is amazing at what she does. I've come to see her many times to help me with aches and pains, as well as some complex spinal degeneration issues. She has helped me resolve and manage all of my issues, through treatments and recommended exercises. Since seeing Movable Myotherapy I've been able to regain all movement and feel 100% better. I would highly recommend Esmira to anyone looking for a Myotherapist, you wont find a better.
