My wife came with my daughter to purchase her prom dress and my wife said the following. Lovely shop - we did walk away with a prom dress but after a very tainted experience. Went in prom dress shopping for my daughter next year. Service when we walked in was great, the process is that you choose a number of dresses and they cross reference them with the school you go to BEFORE you try them on. Staff are amazing so patient and understanding the shop is beautifully laid out with a wide selection of dresses in lots of colours and sizes. Everyone is very helpful and polite, Couldn't rate them high enough. So good with my daughter, Will definitely be going back for my other daughter's prom in 12 years time if they're still open. Fingers crossed they are xx
