The training process is a complete failure for incoming employees especially English speaking people that should not have to take attitude from been trained by coworkers that dont speak the same language a disaster waiting to happen pay your employees extra to learn a new language and they will be more pleased and be truthful about machine operator job is not the same as a cut table people are being lied to in the interview because years in the business cut table is NOT A MACHINE OPERATOR JOB DO BETTER
