Product falsely advertised as 3-5 business days dispatch at the time of ordering. An email was sent by Mounts Australia after purchase advising that it is a special order and will be 8-10 weeks. Once I had seen this email (not for 6 weeks mind you because it had gone to spam) I contacted Mounts Australia for an update. Prompt easy
The RAM products are fantastic as always. However, I bought from Mounts Aus as it was local, whereas I usually buy my RAM products from further afield. It was a very disappointing experience. Dispatch was extremely slow and communications poor. I will not buy from them again.
Quick delivery and I love the product. It isn't cheap, but you get what you pay for. A well made mount that works.
