Great product, good website and the whole process from ordering to recirculation was seamless
I ordered a mount from Mounts Australia for my iPad, the version with two suction cups (RAM-B-189-TAB8U). After I put it all together I noticed one of the cups had a small rip in it. It was just outside the inner sealing ring, so it did work but I was concerned about the cup's longevity, given it started its life like this. I took a picture of it, emailed it to Mounts Australia and asked for a replacement part.
