I went glen waverley saturday afternoon l want to look for shoes .But l watch outside that the staff man was on the mobile .customer come in who was little bit old and was ill need to try to shoes she like but the staff was on his mobile.he was smiling on his mobile .that poor woman had illness with her walking frame .How could that staff do this to customer.shame on this staff .she walk away upset .l was upset how can we buy shoes when ur staff man does not help us choose the size in the store ? ????????? excellent serviceand advice with no pressure. it was a pleasure to shop there.i purchased a pair of shoes,a pair of slippers and a pair of sandals all ziera brand which i need for my problem feet.i will return when i need more,

I went to Mountfords today…. Gabrielle was excellent.. nothing was too much trouble and she listened to me. Customer service is so important…. Well done Gabrielle!

Decided to write a review given how rude the customer service I've experienced here over the past two days, including from the manager. Based on the reviews, looks like I'm not the only one who had a poor experience. Not sure where the sense of entitlement comes from, and even if the customer isn't necessarily 'always right', the customer is still the customer. It's not that hard to be a decent human being. If you can't handle the basics of customer service, you should find a different line of work.
