Purchased boots on Sunday, arranged to have them delivered to my parcel locker, it was incorrectly addressed, called the store to find out why it was incorrectly, she said that I should ring the courier to find out where my shoes. I explained to her that I already spent over an hour trying to find out why my boots were taken to a different post office but she had no care factor. Paid for boots which I do not have!!
