I visited Mountfords Hawthorn on Saturday to pick up shoes on hold only to find they were one size too small and Lexi went out of her way to find and suggest where I could get the shoes which turned up today.She was amazing and so friendly and helpful Thankyou Lexi

I was assisted by Trudi who was amazing. I have very difficult feet to find shoes for and she was so knowledgeable about things to try so I have a comfortable fit.
My expectation to buy a pair of sandals went beyond my expectation and I'm so happy to own not one but two pairs of shoes from Mountfords. I wouldn't have chosen the second pair if it wasn't for the great customer service I received from the lady at the Glenferrie store. Sorry I didn't get her name, but I'm sure I will meet her again when I pop into the store again.
