Excellent service by store manager Bhavini. She gave me great advice on style, colour and comfort. I was able to buy four pairs of shoes with which I am totally happy.
I was excited to find the perfect pair of shoes but was ignored by the sales assistant. When she went to the front desk I followed and was politely waiting for her to offer service. When she looked up I was told in a very rude tone to, "Just wait!" She then pointed and said, again, very rudely, "Go and sit over there!" I had not spoken a single word to her. Waited for 15mins only to be told very rudely and condisendingly that they do not stock the shoe i wanted to try on in my size. When I tried to ask if they had my size in another shoe, the staff member working said the highest size they have is a size below my size. When I asked if I can try on that size she just refused and said it would not fit. I was prepared to spend $300 on a pair of shoes today but she didn't even try to make it work. Please be more respectful to your customers otherwise you will not get sales.
Service with phone query today appalling from Manager at Camberwell. I understand busy sales time, but I had been unable to purchase sizes at Doncaster & was told Camberwell had styles. Prospectively 3 pairs I would now not bother going to C/well store to try.
