Service is non existent! Staff member too busy chatting to tourists about holiday destinations while I wait for some service like I have all day . Really disappointing and disrespectful . Took my business somewhere else.

Mountfords will not accept their own gift cards online - you have to use them in store only. How ridiculous is that! In 2025, 5 yrs after covid, these ripoff merchants sell you a gift certificate you can't use online. They used to be a good shoe shop in 1966, but now they are just a pathetic joke. We have no options here because my wife received the gift card as a birthday present. I want to tell her brother and sister in law to take the card back and give her something she can use, but she doesn't want to offend them. Note ... read more
Amazing shoe store with great selection. Especially the leather shoe. Most importantly, decent price. Also the service is amazing , staff were very helpful.
Wonderful service. Engaging young staff and very supporting managerial supervisor. I will repeat the experience in Bourke Street. The same shop in The Block Arcade was not as enjoyable a time with a very cold and disinterested approach to the client. I thanked the saleswoman and walked out.
