Nice fee great variety
I needed to return a pair of shoes I'd bought online, and as Clifton Hill is the closest Mountford store to me, I popped in to do just that. There was no hassle returning the shoes, it was quick and easy; and the staff member was really helpful, friendly, and professional. In fact, I ended up buying another 2 pair of shoes. A very pleasant experience. Fabulous range of shoes with expert, friendly service, highly recommend Mountfords at Clifton Hill.
I had a disappointed experience with a staff member on Friday who seemed uninterested in providing customer service and barely engaged with me. Was happy to eventually get the right size of shoe I’m after and will purchase elsewhere.
