I went in and it was so hot the ladies were doing their best but you could see they were suffering from heat exhaustion (44 degree days) Not good enough there was NO AIRCON. Honestly don’t see why the store was even open in this condition as they clearly don’t care about their staff, greedy company seems they just want money and don’t respect the welfare of their staff or customers - it was no condition to shop in let alone work in!! I visited the Clifton Hill store on 6th November to purchase a couple of pairs of shoes. The staff were very attentive, friendly and professional. They were happy for me to try on multiple pairs of shoes. Walked out with 3 pairs of shoes. Highly recommend if you are looking for good quality footwear and great service

Nice fee great variety
I needed to return a pair of shoes I'd bought online, and as Clifton Hill is the closest Mountford store to me, I popped in to do just that. There was no hassle returning the shoes, it was quick and easy; and the staff member was really helpful, friendly, and professional. In fact, I ended up buying another 2 pair of shoes. A very pleasant experience. Fabulous range of shoes with expert, friendly service, highly recommend Mountfords at Clifton Hill.
