Vanessa Wu is an amazing physiotherapist! I've been to a few others who haven't been able to help me even after several sessions. Vanessa almost immediately noticed my issue, and by the end of the day my pain was gone. This is after over a month of trying to get the muscle to release with another physio with no relief. I will continue to work with her as much as possible. Cannot recommend her enough!
Was able to get appointment quickly to help with sprained ankles as well as helpful in easing the pain and assistance with quicker recovery.
I have been seeing Shelly for about a year now, especially as I near races. She has helped me so much with local pain I have been experiencing while training. She worked with me for several weeks leading up to my half marathon to work through hip pain while running and I was able to run the race completely pain free! She has been such a lifesaver. Couldn't recommend Shelly more - she is the best!
