Called to find if they stocked a part. Lady had no clue so she asked the gentleman there who hung up to the phone. I tried calling back twice but was hung up on each time. So much for supporting local. Guess they don't need the business of $700-1000.

There's no better place to go to have your bikes purchased or serviced. A very positive experience this morning at Mountainview Cycle. The owner took the time to consider why I was having frustrations with my seat and was able to point out that the issue was probably with my handlebars. He made adjustments on the spot and only let me leave when I could verify that he had been correct in his assessment.
Excellent service and experience from family owned shop. Walked in with cycle. Jarret discerned, before I sat on it, it was all set up incorrectly. His knowledge brought me to a brand new set up to fit my form well. My thighs are feeling it instead of my shoulders. Thank you!
