Great prices for the quality they provide. I also, love their tent repair kit as it’s the perfect size to pack with you. Most I’ve used in the past either had too many things in the kit that were unnecessary or had bulky packaging.

Sent my World Cup pack back for repair with an RMA. Specified the repairs and called out a broken buckle. Was assured by Customer Service that it would be taken care of. Was disappointed to receive the pack back without the repair. Was given the option to send back again for another repair but would have to again cover the cost of shipping and handling (about $15) and be out of the pack for another few weeks. Surprised there was no quality check or general look-over of the pack. Sad customer service in my opinion.

Pretty much the best product experience I have ever had. I received a World Cup backpack from a friend in 1999 as a gift. I wore it for 20 years. Across 5 continents and countless countries, states and cities. This pack was my only pack for months on end and became a part of my body. It was worn and bruised and carried endless stories and memories. After 20 years several of the zippers failed and many of my self-patches no longer held. I begged Mountainsmith to fix it for me.
