I only gave this five stars so that someone would read this. It really doesn’t deserve any stars. Trying to get someone to call you back from there is ridiculous. No one ever returned your calls. I have the manager, cell phone number and have text her and called her. Still no reply. My brother was a patient there. He unfortunately passed away in February of this year. I won’t go into details. However, upon picking up his stuff, I was told that I would be getting a refund for when he was moved into Hospice House. I have reach... read more

Thank you Mountainside of Warm Springs for the care my beautiful Mother-in-law is receiving. The staff is professional and friendly. They keep their residents busy with activities. The residents are well cared for. The food is awesome. We're grateful for all you do for our precious family member. May God bless each of you!!
I am an employee here at Mountain Side of WarmSprings the place is beautiful! I love taking care of the residents here we have a great staff and management its like home away from home!
Mountain Side is by far one of the best and most rewarding jobs I have ever worked. The management goes above and beyond to accommodate both staff and residents. The care to our residents is top notch. I wouldn’t have to think twice about placing a loved one here. The building offers a family friendly environment and allows residents and family members to feel like they are at their own home. I couldn’t imagine working anywhere else.
