Don't get a mortgage with MountainOne. They're terrible. Took 4 months to close. Now they are delaying my first draw. They have delayed our construction schedule to the point of no return. Terrible experience. I have been in business since 2008. I can't imagine handling my customers like they do. Do your self a favor and use another bank for your mortgage, especially if it's a constructionloan.
