My wife and I live in the ******* **** neighborhood in ***** *******. We have been using Mountaineer Pest Control for over six years. We have had NOTHING but excellent service from this company. If we did have an issue then we'd ask for another treatment and Mountaineer would gladly schedule us in and come out. We use Mountaineer for termites, ants, etc. They've been exceptional. They come out monthly and have done those since 2018. Excellent. Whole-heartedly recommend!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!. I received a service on 10/22/21 and not even a month later, im still seeing problem that I had when I called them out. Now I'm being told that I would have to pay another fee for someone to come back out and re spray property. Staff needs customer service training and learn how to use a proper tone when handling customers. Contract clearly states if pests come back so do we, and now they are not standing behind their work. Company is not honoring their service guarantee.

As stated on every other review site you have targeted. We issued you a letter where the service technician advised you to have regular treatments preformed every 3 months after you had him treat just one time. We have issued a full refund to you.
Started with these guys a couple years ago. They were on time, called for Appointments and did a Great Job!! In the last year they cant seem to call for an Appointment, they show up without calling and supposedly spray outside when i am not at home. I pay for a Service, it should be MY place to let them know if i want the Inside of my home sprayed! They should be able to CALL me to schedule the spraying! I've had Mountaineer on 4 properties in the past 12 months and have had an issue with 3 out of the 4 to the point where I have had to contact the ******************************************* to try to get their help. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ******************** but would advise against Mountaineer. I wish I had visited the BBB prior to using Mountaineer. Buyer Beware. Once they get your money, expect little to no customer service.
