I love the tellers and the people that work at mountain crest. Been apart of the family since it was Snohomish county PUD- but the new branch manager in Arlington is awful. Karen has horrible people skills and treated us terrible. We took our money to a different credit union after a mistake done on Mountain crest's behalf and dealing with her.
