Gavin was called out to my business to install an Internet system designed by somebody else. He did not have clear direction, but did an excellent job piecing everything together. He was thorough, knowledgeable, respectful, and took initiative to make everything right. Mountain West did a great job getting Internet installed in my business. Khara was very helpful, as was Lesha! Great experience!

Our service tech on June 24th (Josh Gray) was extremely helpful, even going out of his way to explain what we didn't understand. He was a very polite young man, and we want to share that our experience was very pleasant!!!

Unreliable internet and not great prices for what you get. Internet went out on a Saturday so we called Sunday after trying everything. They can’t come until Monday between 3-4- ok fine. Don’t come until after 4 and then doesn’t have to tools to fix it.. what? Sounds like he just wanted to be done for the day. Said he would comeback next day Tuesday. Tuesday he says he can’t come until Wednesday. We will see if he comes tomorrow, Wednesday.
