For the $ spent on different sized photo's. They all come in one size, I get to cut them! Not professional at all.

Never had a good experience with school photos. They literally take 1-2 pics and send the proof with their eyes closed, sneering, or looking terrified. This year they told my daughter to not smile with her teeth showing! It looks so awkward and forced.

Was supposed to get my teens graduation ceremony photos via an email link and have received nothing. There’s no email or website which is super weird for a photography company; and when I tried to call it says they’re not accepting calls……. Super annoyed since we were told not to take our own photos because of the free service offered.
