These guys are awesome mechanics! Keeping all of my 5 bikes alive and running perfectly.
Took my cross bike to get a tune, had an awful noise coming from the bottom bracket that I anticipated being really expensive to get right. I started taking my bikes here a few years ago after having a great experience with Chris doing a custom fitting. Chris and the other techs really care about addressing your concerns, they aren't pretentious and just want you to be happy with your ride. Great bunch of guys. Helped with a quick kickstand install and got us all set up with safety gear! So much friendlier than other shops. Great experience. UPDATE: Thank you for taking the time to recommend a great kid's helmet. I wasn't expecting him to do any big tricks as a 5 year old, but he was cruising on the platform and fell face first off that huge wall at Clement on his bike . First time customer. Chris' service and professionalism is second to none. Needed a gnarly snagged and seized up chain unraveled that I simply couldn't figure out. He serviced the derailleur, new chain, and honestly I don't remember my mountain bike ever shifting thru the gears so crispy, even when it was brand new. Took care of me in one day even though they're slammed busy. Very happy to have them in the neighborhood.
