How do you live with yourselves? Making money off other people's misery. You can't work with these people. They are hard to deal with.
Terrible customer service. When I ask simple questions about my account, the call center staff had no idea how to help me. Very unprofessional. Accessing personal bank info without authorization. This company is sketchy. Worst debt collector I have ever dealt with. No regards for livelihood. It’s all about money and nothing else. They don’t even try to work anything out with you.
The staff is rude and will not assist you my any means.
At least they got a 5 star because the food was good and the staff was friendly. Everyone else knows the truth.
