Love Wallace MountainWest Bank! Friendly, fast tellers. I have both business and personal accounts with them and always appreciate the superb customer service. My little pup loves to come in and visit all the bank ladies as well (Especially Alex!!). Five stars for me!
Mostly good people, but the COMPLETE lack of ANY ATMs, the fact Mountain West charges you for using other banks ATMs ($3 on top of whatever the ATM charges), the fact they nickel and dime you for everything else, and inconvenient locations makes this bank a frustration to use. Also, the last time I tried to set up an account for my kid, the "Tier 2" lady who did it made so many mistakes, the account was not usable for a while, and the debit card still doesn't work over a month later. Charging $4.15 out of a social security check is unfair I am very disappointed and when you go in to get a cash advance it takes a long time 20 minutes to half hour
