I will never ever deal with this place again. I had a check from my sister a friend was going to cash it for me because he has a mountain west account they had me sign the check over then told me they couldn't cash it.
Trained employees would be a good start.
I've banked at serval other well know banks over 35+ years of being in business, my switch to Mountain West Bank 10 years ago was one of the smartest things I've ever done. These folks are consistently amazing at all aspects of their services. I would highly recommend for personal or business accounts.
I had my business and personal accounts with Mountain West Bank for over 2 decades. When we opened an office in Arizona, I went there for six months to get everything going but the closest branch was 40 miles away. I had a check that needed to get deposited so I drove all the way to the branch only to find that they wanted to put a seven day hold on the check. instead of sending overdraft notices by mail only also use email. Stop with the continuous overdraft fees. Do you think that will help ANYBODY?!

I did a deposit on Friday. Today, the funds aren't in. But all my charges are. Today is my payday. No funds still. Overdraft charges are rolling in. NOT MY FAULT!!!!!!
