I will never ever deal with this place again. I had a check from my sister a friend was going to cash it for me because he has a mountain west account they had me sign the check over then told me they couldn't cash it.
Trained employees would be a good start.
I've banked at serval other well know banks over 35+ years of being in business, my switch to Mountain West Bank 10 years ago was one of the smartest things I've ever done.
