I would like to let everyone know that this branch will allow anyone to access your account and withdraw funds. They get away with this because with paper statements they do not report the last and first days on the month and the branch manager garrison or garette will gladly take a cut. I lost &1,000s. Finally pulled my money out and went to US bank where Pam has been amazing
I had a wonderful experience at Mountain West Bank on State Street.My daughter had fraud on her account,and I cant say enough about the team that helped me,Brandt,Ely and the Manager were amazing in everyway,the kindness was beyond anything my family has ever experienced.I will always be loyal to the bank that truly cares about us as people not numbers, and I cant thank them enough.
One chance, two chances, three chances, four chances, five chances, six chances.......now it's just my fault for hanging in there with this horrible bank. What bank has an online app or site where it's always down or never correct in terms of accounting. What bank has a person working the front counter as a teller, but doesn't speak English well, talks over you, flips the script, is condescending, doesn't listen (just talks) and seems to have comprehension problems.
