I had the most wonderful customer service experience with Kristen Guild when I came in to open my business bank account a few days ago. Besides being great at her job, she's friendly, funny, relatable, and sharp - all after 4pm on a Tuesday. 10/10 for a first encounter, instant fan of Mountain West!
I appreciate having such a personal relationship with my bank. I usually go into the branch on Ironwood and each employee always knows who I am and is so helpful!
