I’ve currently gotten 9 different cards and about to get a 10 because tech can’t figure out what’s wrong with their cards not working. It’s been over a month of having this problem and still the same excuse. If I made up that many excuses why a job isn’t get done I’d be fired. Definitely thinking about another bank to put my money in because for a bank to offer a debit card and it not work is bs. And I was told by the manager to get tap to pay. I have banked here locally for over 25 years.
I came in to do multiple things through the drive-thru and the teller cut me off halfway so I have no problem driving to another bank to finish up my stuff. Thanks for the efficiency and good customer service, you guys aren't awful at all. I hope you can sense the sarcasm by the way
