I was training for a marathon and Corey helped me recover from my long runs much faster.
Love this place! Corey’s insight and depth of knowledge about the body and optimizing its full potential is inspiring. The staff is always welcoming and super accommodating. The Infrared Sauna experience is amazing, and you feel like a new person afterwards. So thankful to have a source like this here in Montana City!
