I am absolutely amazed and grateful for the amount of help I received from Charlotte. I went in for an old knee injury that was hurting on stairs and starting to keep me from doing sports I love as often. She gave very specific diagnosis on my stability and alignment, giving clear at home strengthening exercises and very hands on therapy with scraping to break up old injured tissue.
