I am a 72 year old woman who had to limit my activities because of knee pain. Amy has made such a difference in my life. Her treatments and exercises have eliminated my knee pain, and I am back to gardening and walking up and down stairs with no discomfort. Thank you Amy!

Had left knee and shoulder pain. Charlotte was and understanding. As long as you actually do what they recommend you will see great results.

I have been working through shoulder rehab with Charlotte for the past few months and she has been great! We have had excellent in person sessions, and really easy to follow home routines to get me back in shape. Ive seen significant improvement and would highly recommend her
