Up until now I would have given a five star review to this place. My mother has lived there over 13 years and enjoyed it. However, within the last month or so there has been a problem with cockroaches! And my mother is a VERY clean woman. This is very upsetting. She has requested spraying the apt two times now with no response. I am very disappointed with the management at this point.

one star is only because the grounds are nice and the building is clean. Otherwise this place would rate as a zero. All of the staff stick together and that includes the service coordinator in fact she is worse than the management staff. They are good to those who have lots of family around or seem to have access to money. However, they single out the most vulnerable to humiliate, verbally assault, threaten, leave out, harass, evict and even block members of family from getting into apt when patient is in hospital. they... read more

They don't let you park in their parking lot, had some old lady yell at me from the 3ed floor like she owns the place

The apartments are nice size and the building inside and out is always kept clean.
