Quarantined to his room because of flue, dehydrated, malnourished, admitted to hospital, released from hospital but broke his hip in public area within a week. Total stay in hospital 4 months but still charged full rent in spite of providing no food, care. Constant revolving door of administration. Good health care workers but by the book only medical at Aspen. Have moved to another facility.
My Dad is a resident at the Lodge and they take such good care of him. He is happy and enjoys the staff and other residents. He is treated respectfully by the staff and it feels good to know he is in good hands. So glad is facility/service is available.
