The staff are so kind. The facility is clean. It’s very homey. The are very patient with the residents.

My sister has been well cared for here for 9 years. Sandra and the Team are very kind, caring and communicative. Our family is deeply grateful.

I worked here a few years ago. It is not a good place to work or to be a resident at. They don't care about the residents at all. They had just one nurse who would show up later in the evening and clothes the door, hardly ever checking on residents and most of the time you didn't know he was there. They had me as a housekeeper but would move me from that job to caregiving any time there was a shortage.That means that for long periods of time there would be no cleaning. The phone number they have on their web page is a national care facility organization, and even though it prompts you to get residential phone, they do not give you a phone number to call the facility. I would never have a loved one stay here if they don't even post a phone number.
