Attended a beautiful wedding there over the weekend! The staff were accommodating, rooms were clean & spacious, and the landscaping/ grounds of the hotel are incredible! I can’t wait to come back to explore what more they have to offer!
Beautiful resort, very kid friendly!
We went just for dinner, there were 6 of us the service was prompt. The food was excellent and the view spectacular!
They brought up the prices in the room service menu. Took out half of the food they used to have. Housekeeping was lazy, the restaurant had employees messing around to the point where I had to go ask someone to get another employee so we could finally be seated. Manager said he’d call me to talk about our experience and never called. Very sad because this place was one of my favorite places to go. Been going for years and now it’s like a motel 8.
Third time staying there. Simply wonderful place to relax or do activities. We received extra special service for our 21st anniversary dinner in The Wine Cellar restaurant. Superb place with exceptional staff. Looking forward to the next visit.
Very nice place to stay. I just wished there staff pay attention to the little details. Like room service for breakfast chipped coffee cup and no salt and pepper. Our bathroom by the sink has stuff on the wall to the left of it. And under the mirror on the wall you can see little amount of mold growing at the base of the sink. Staff in the Tavern need to be educated about what you see out the windows. So when asked you are not told to use a app on your phone that will tell you. We had a fantastic weekend here this past weekend. We really love how the building feels solid ... definitely built in a different time period. The restoration of this property is excellent (it was done in the early 2000s I believe). We loved the old pictures in the computer room. Total escape into yesteryear.
