Fantastic operation! I don't know that I've ever enjoyed having something removed from my back as I did today. The folks at the front desk rock, friendly, and they know their stuff. The Drs assistants were wonderful, I was immediately at ease. Dr. Epstein was knowledgeable, friendly, though, and again, put me at ease. My procedure involved removing a spot from my back, and it was completely painless. Dr. E, and Mountain View Dermatology: Slippery Pete APPROVED!! Thx guys!
I encountered an office full of RACIST staff members...front desk person to the doctor...don't think they are use to serving people of color...particularly ' Black' people .. These people do not deserve nmy one star rating..very unprofessional and rude!
Shelly is amazing and very helpful when discussing facial treatments. I've had BBL and Opus treatments and I love results. Secret RF is also a wonderful treatment
My impression of the doctor was that he had made up his mind as to what the issue I was facing was before he even entered the room. He scarcely asked for any history surrounding the issue, and never asked for specific details or a list of things I had tried. Perhaps he thought it irrelevant but it did not feel thorough. His diagnosis does not make sense to me, and it felt like as I brought up more things I had tried to remedy the issue the more he had to stretch his logic to arrive at the same conclusion.
