I bought a used road bike and found that the bike was more geared for racing than climbing. They were able to rework the bikes gears and made it like new bike. Very helpful, very good work, and finished it two days early. Climbing hills nicely! Thanks

I purchased a mongoose at walmart and was traveling through maryville when i busted a disk brake sidelinining my trip.I went to Walmart and they couldnt get the brake parts sent to them and two other bike shops in maryville didnt seem to give a hoot and the dummies would not take care of the problem,guess they dont want to order the parts because i was fixing the bike myself.The last and only hope i had was this bike shop b/4 driving down the hills with one set of disk brakes.Thank GOD! and may he and his bike shop be blesse... read more

I recently purchased a new road bike from Mountain View Bike Shop and had a fantastic experience. The owner was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I wont go anywhere else now for all of my accessories, repairs or any other biking needs. Thank you to Mountain View Bike Shop for making my new hobbie so much fun!!
I went in there for some information and to pick out a bike. The gentleman I talked to wasnt helpful at all. Also I felt like an idot because I didnt know certain thing and was asking about it. Very poor customer service for sales.
