My debit card was hacked and they caught it before any money could be taken from my account. They fixed everything and issued me a new debit card. I have moved to TN so I couldn't just walk in and get a new card. Instead, they 2-DAY MAILED me my card and I had it in time for my vacation that weekend! THIS is why I still have my bank account in Hayden, CO. The customer service is OUTSTANDING!!!
A check was written to my husband he walks into the bank with his DL teller 1st says they have to call the customer to ask if SHE WROTE the check out to him ok he said I'll call her give me a minute than next teller comes over and informs my husband they only cash checks to members only and only will cash the check if the person that wrote it BANKS AT THEIR LOCATION The worst customer service that this provides not only embarrassing for the person that writes the check out thinking it's all good I than called the Steamboat l... read more
