Mandy helped my wife and I deal with a federal bureaucracy issue that had been confounding us in getting our direct deposits switched from one of the very large banks that had not been able or willing to help. A local community bank is very much about customer service and finding creative ways to make things work. We're very appreciative.
My husband and I had extraordinary help from Mandy in resolving some direct deposit issues we were having with another agency. She went above and beyond to assist us. Since opening our accounts last year, we've received the same kind of above and beyond assistance from other MVB staff as well. It's a level of service and flexibility we didn't find with a major international bank. We're pleased and grateful.
