I have had one experience with this "bank" and the lender I dealt with was totally unprofessional, afraid to return phone calls, would respond with only e-mails and did not understand, nor respect any time frame involved in a real-estate transaction. She repeatedly stated she was a "full-service lender with no time to talk in circles" to coordinate a real estate closing. We have banked with Mountain Valley Bank since we bought our first home in 1964 and continue to this day to return for whatever needs we have because of the great service.
This is a superbly great bank located in downtown Elkins.Great Service,well established!
