I was considering moving my USAA and TD accounts here but not now. I was in last month with my husband and needed a notary done - they were happy to do it for me. So when I needed another notary done this week I went back. They asked if I had an account with them. I do not currently and said I would be more than happy to go ahead and open one - that I was planning on it anyways. I was told no - it would take too long and they sent me elsewhere for the notary. Gee, what a great way to make a resident feel valued.
