I needed a replacement part for my mountain bike and had called all of the bike shops in Burlington looking for it, none of them had it except for Pat. I brought my bike in and he fixed everything up for me in under an hour. Please support this business, we need more bike shops like this one!

Ran into a mechanical issue 5 days into a bike packing trip. We were waiting at the door when they opened and the team took my bike right away and had me back out the door to enjoy the rest of our ride along the Champlain Bikeway to Shelburne, and then on to Ticonderoga to catch our train home.
