Tim has a gentle touch. Whenever I’m done with a session I feel space and expansion in my body. Its the only kind of “massage” I’ll get because not only is it relaxing, its benefitting my muscles, fascia and overall wellbeing.
As someone who has long relied on body work for pain management for a shoulder injury, I was curious but kind of skeptical about Rolfing. As Tim educated me about the practice and walked me through the process, I left my first session noticing a difference. I was very impressed with Tim's knowledge and his sense of humor was top notch. Will definitely be visiting for future sessions.
