The therapists were patient & knowledgeable. They knew when to go on to the next exercise & when to hold off. I had not been able to lift my left arm for 1 year & 8 months, but 2 rotator cuff surgeries later, I can lift my arm straight up!
I took a bad fall in April and injured my right shoulder RTC…luckily I did not need surgery and my doctor prescribed physical therapy twice weekly for six weeks. What I did not know was the people who work at First Settlement Physical Therapy are like family! They really care and have transformed my life! The exercises they gave me helped me get stronger and made such a difference! My insurance allowed a few more visits and now I am ready to soar! I can’t thank this team enough! Highly recommended!!!
