Mountain State Justice help my daughter when the school board in Mercer county, Princeton WV gave her classes she physical could not attend. Even with medical notes on file from her neurologist in Charleston they put her into their truancy program. Did not up hold her iep and discriminated her due to her disability. It took me 3 years calling attorneys and none would fight against the board of education until I called Mountain State Justice.
