This place is 10/10. Amazing service, great people to work with. I've been healing what I thought was a pulled muscle and found out, through working with Alexis is more of a nerve thing. I'm 1.5 months in and have healed substantially. My bod is doin good! Highly recommend this place.
Always feel significantly better after a session with Alex. I always leave more informed and with excellent exercises and goals to work on. I highly recommend working with Alex to meet your physio needs. The entire staff are all very knowledgeable, personable and welcoming and create a very warm and friendly environment. Nelson is lucky to have such a great team!
